Sean Johnson
Sean Johnson is a certified personal trainer and performance nutrition specialist with credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and American Fitness Training of Athletics (AFTA).

Sean specializes in safe and healthy weight loss, improvement of health habits, athletic performance enhancement, post-rehabilitation fitness, and corrective exercise. His passion for research enables him to keep up with the most up-to-date methods while ensuring that every workout is tailored to the client’s unique physiology for optimal results. With his combination of scientific research, evidence-based inquiry, and personalized attention, Sean prides himself on addressing the root causes of any previous pain issues or imbalances to produce lasting health benefits.

Over the past 15 years, Sean has consistently pushed for greater safety, efficiency, and accountability in fitness instruction. His innovative J-Range Training methods are used to identify the scientifically optimal range of motion for each individual client, significantly reducing potential joint strain. He encourages clients to ask questions and teaches the “why” behind each step in the process, with the goal of empowering clients to make better, more informed health decisions. Sean is also a certified nutritionist who provides mentorship to health and fitness professionals on all aspects of individualized fitness and wellness planning.

If you are a routine workout veteran only looking for a routine change then we can help. If you are new to working out and will need constant accountability and specific video instructions then we can do that also.
