Steve Cairo

I’m a personal trainer with over 3 years of training experience, including thousands of hours of research related to fitness, bodybuilding, and fat loss. I have a strong background in calisthenics and boxing training, and I incorporate powerlifting as a core component of my own personal workout routine.

I believe in the importance of training your mind through physical training; a strong mind will lead to a strong body, and vice versa! At the age of 19 years old I’ve already helped many clients achieve the lean, muscular physique they deserve. This is because I am 100% invested in getting my clients the results they are after, as long as they are prepared to commit themselves to achieving their goals as well. It’s a team effort… a journey that I will join my clients on, every step of the way, watching them become the person they dreamed they could be.

I also practice what I preach… I take my own training and nutrition very seriously, and have fine-tuned my body to be able to perform various advanced level calisthenics movements (such as the human flag, muscle ups, pistol squats, etc), as seen on my YouTube channel.

My training philosophy:
• IIFYM (flexible dieting) is an evidence-based approach to nutrition, that involves keeping track of your calories and macronutrients to meet your physique goals in record time.
• Depending on your goals, in a balanced program there is a place for heavier lifting, calisthenics (body weight training), as well as “bodybuilding” style training, to achieve a strong, aesthetic body. I use various training “tools”, rather than limiting myself to only one style of training.
• You need to have the correct attitude, mindset, and willpower, as well as the right training and nutrition plan, in order to be successful with your goals. I can help you with that.
